Inside Tailgating: Vol Navy
I was looking for a contact to share our video links from boatgating with Vol Navy members.
Here is a link to our videos we took in Knoxville. I wish we had everyone's names, so we could send them a big thank you. If you could share the videos on our behalf, that would be fantastic! We look forward to returning to Knoxville next year with the 2011 American Tailgating Tour!

Seeking Artists . . .
We are a Knoxville-based note card company looking for individuals with artistic ability who enjoy creating clever drawings in their spare time. This is an opportunity to earn some extra cash and gain some additional exposure in a relaxed, enjoyable way.
At VolidayGreetings.com, we offer distinctive note cards featuring whimsy Kokopelli designs created by talented regional Artists. The designs on the outside say something about the sender's interests. The "Verses of Life" they write on the inside say much more about what's going on in their life.

Here's how it works:
Artists create designs featuring Kokopelli depicted in action related to sports, recreation, hobbies, leisure, nature, pets/animals or occupations. Each Artist is encouraged to establish their own particular style, but . . .
Dooley Sworn . . .
The spring Orange & White Football Game was played at Neyland Stadium yesterday. The crowd of 36,000 VOL faithful had their first chance to take a look at the 2010 Tennessee Football team to be led by Coach Derek Dooley. As spring games go, it was much more about showcasing talent than winning the game. Fortunately, enough talent was on display to reassure most of us that this coming season will at least provide a lot of interest and intrigue.

Chickamaugua Dam Construction on hold for 10 years
Attached is the Tennessee River ValleyAssociation Chickamauga Lock Fact Sheet. Without an immediate solution to the insolvency of the Inland Waterways Trust Fund, construction at Chickamauga will be suspended in the summer of 2010 only to resume when Trust Fund resources become available, which will be more than a decade at current levels. Congressman Zach Wamp TN3 has pledged to continue efforts to secure needed funding for construction in Congress (see TRVA Fall 2009 Newsletter at: www.trva-tcwc.org).
